Gardens at Grace and Freedom

Highland maintains two community gardens, each located across the street from the church buildings where the Grace and Freedom communities meet on Wednesday evenings.

Produce from these gardens supply the Highland Food Pantry.  Additionally, the food grown is often shared with people who attend Freedom and Grace or who live in the neighborhoods.

If you are interested in working in one of the Gardens or serving alongside fellow members of the Grace or Freedom faith communities, please follow the link:  Serve Within Highland's Restore Abilene Initiatives
