No matter what stage, age, or season you find yourself in, there's a place for you at Highland. You are invited to come just as you are and be a part of community at Highland, where we are working together to discover God's restoration in our own lives and the world around us.

Sunday morning scheduled (Both services will be in-person and live streamed)

9:00am - A Cappella Service

9:30am - The Acre (Outdoor Service - 1725 Austin Street)

All are welcome to participate in this service which focuses on University Ministry. The Acre provides the flexibility of an outdoor worship expression, and it gives Highland an opportunity to practice hospitality with college students. We’ll worship, share communion, and spend time in God’s word.

10:00am - Bible Classes

11:00am - Instrumental Service

Due to the rising COVID-19 cases in Abilene, we strongly encourage wearing masks at all indoor Highland gatherings, even if you are fully vaccinated. The auditorium has also been set up to practice social distancing and communion trays will continue to not be passed at this time. Communion elements will be available as you enter the auditorium.

We invite children to join God’s story as we gather in worship, in table communities and in service. Getting to know Jesus and each other is at the heart of His Kids Ministry.

Student Ministry

Here at Highland, we believe that the presence and voices of students will teach our church things about God's coming restoration that we would not otherwise be able to learn otherwise.

University Ministry

Highland University Ministry is a gathering of young adults within Highland’s congregation who seek to live into and live out God’s Restoration together. This community desires to embody God’s restoration through being able to recognize one another, being the most well-rested beings (in every meaning of the term), and practicing the Spirit drenched rhythms that usher in God’s restoration.

Doing life together through community is part of our nature, but finding those relationships isn’t always easy.
