Jeanie Bohall

Choosing to begin therapy can be overwhelming. No matter the reason you may have for seeking help – addiction, trauma, family/marital issues, or more – you are the expert of your life and you can choose to rewrite your story. I have a passion for assisting people in this process. My focus of therapy is on creating a safe environment for individuals to share and collaborate to best reach their goals. When possible, some of the models that I use to achieve this are: Emotionally Focused Therapy (with couples), EMDR (with trauma), Trauma-Focused CBT/Play Therapy (with children), and Collaborative Therapy (with individuals).

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University’s online program. I have experience with treating trauma in children as well as adults, chemical dependency issues, and marital/family struggles. Previously to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern, I was a teacher for 7 years and hold special education certification.

I am flexible with my availability and can work with scheduling needs, including same week appointments along with providing telehealth/teletherapy. If you have any questions regarding fees, scheduling, or general information about services, please do not hesitate to send an email or call. I look forward to speaking with you!
