Lauren Cunningham
Lauren has been on staff as the Highland receptionist since April of 2018. She and her parents have called Highland their church home since 1992, and are involved in various ministries. Her main responsibility is to be a warm and welcoming first point of contact in the office. In this role she strives to be a good listener, a directory of resources, and to connect people to who and what they need. Lauren is honored to represent the church she loves in these ways and more. Lauren is passionate about the office at Highland being a place of peace where anyone who enters feels the presence of Christ. Prayer, worship, and encouragement are three of Lauren’s favorite ways to serve her church family and the community of Abilene. When not working, you can find Lauren with her nose in a good book, loving on her two nephews and niece, listening to music, or watching a Hallmark movie.
