Shane Hughes
Shane Hughes has been the Preaching Minister at Highland since August 2019. Shane’s passion at Highland is to tell God’s story to God’s people, and to elevate the restoration work of God already happening in our church, city and world. Alongside preaching, Shane is part of the Staff Executive Team and the Eldership Leadership Team. He and his wife, Natalie, have three amazing boys and love being in Abilene. His recent joys: perfecting the Outback brown bread recipe, wrestling with his boys, swimming laps and taking naps, but not at the same time.
